Adweek's reigning U.S. media agency of the year, MediaCom, has made three senior additions to its domestic management team.

Tamara Alesi and Andy Littlewood have been named managing partners.

Alesi, who will helm digital strategy, joins from DigitalLBI, where she ran media capabilities agencywide and personally oversaw the L'Oreal account.

Littlewood becomes "head of knowledge," a new position at Mediacom. He is tasked with helping provide agency teams and clients faster access to the systems and services available through MediaCom and its parent organization, GroupM. Littlewood previously served as MediaCom Australia's chief of data, ROI and direct response.

In addition, Stephanie Starr has been named group account director on Audi of America. She arrives from Carat, where she serves as svp, group account director on Macy's.

"We are always looking for new leaders who can help us deliver deeper, more creative and more integrated client solutions," said Sasha Savic, CEO of MediaCom USA. "Andy will bring together all of our data tools and systems, Tam's already made a tremendous impact, and Stephanie is taking over one of our most important account teams."

After winning huge accounts from Anheuser-Busch InBev and Mars last year, MediaCom has spent much of 2015 absorbing that influx of business and adding staff. The agency, ultimately a unit of WPP Group, has also picked up some key assignments this year, notably from American Airlines and EuropaCorp.

However, MediaCom suffered a blow this summer, when Khartoon Weiss, its vaunted new-business director, departed for a similar job at MDC Partners. As yet, no successor has been named.
